What a disappointing end to a 5 month experience with Gilson gray
Lincoln.
If you are prepared to put hours of your own time , then maybe this could be the firm for you but even then I would NOT recommend it.
Being the proactive sort of individual I am , I completed all necessary documentation, sent warrants , IDs, Bank statements in plenty of time and yet right through the process, documents that I know I had sent by recorded/ signed , I was asked for duplicates again at a cost to me.
Final nail in the coffin was on completion ( happened to be a Friday) the balance of a large sum was sent to the wrong bank !!
We waited all weekend..No monies receive. Stressful!!
I called the office next working day Monday and was told the bank rejected the payment, Gilson Gray didn't call us to find out WHY??
INCOMPETENT !

This firm was recommended to us by Taylors of Swindon. Never again as I look forward to purchasing my next property.

Very efficient and easy to deal with. Great social distancing measures and a lovely feel to the office. Only used them briefly to witness a document signature though.

We were owed £2,182 which we had paid before Christmas for flights cancelled in April.

Five emails and 12 phone calls to the Flight Centre over three months had got us nowhere.
