I would like to thank the team at Vanderpump & Sykes solicitors
for going above and beyond.
Honestly I had to leave a review.
We arrived there at what we though was our appointment, To which my mum got the dates mixed up, However they where very quick to accommodate, Within minutes of walking into the building we where already being seen too, The lovey lovey lady at the front desk (Lorraine) bent over backwards to make sure my mum was well looked after and catered for. She phoned through and we where immediately seen to by lovely solicitor Eleanor, who was very welcoming and professional. Eleanor explained everything to us in a way we could understand, she was very detailed, didn't miss anything out and most importantly made my mum feel at ease. They are very professional in there service they provide, and I hope they get recognized for it.

My mother and I engaged Vanderpump & Sykes twice over the past 4 years - one to help with purchasing a flat, and the most recent time for discharge of a legal charge. Zoe was hugely helpful during both processes, super responsive, explained each step very clearly and took the stress out of everything. Would highly recommend.

The service with Vanderpump and Sykes has been brilliant from start to finish! Zoe assisted us with our recent property purchase, she was very professional, managed to keep to our deadline and took all worry and stress off of us! We found other staff we spoke to, to be very polite and approachable. Would highly recommend the firm!
