If i could give Zero stars i would, the service from Janet has been nothing short of atrocious - Communication is non-existent, (including emails) on the rare occasion she did come to the phone it was to advise "she would get back to you"
Given the standards you would expect from a solicitor when you need legal support, communication is critical and i am baffled how they manage to operate like this. Save yourself time, frustration and money - go elsewhere!

Big thanks to Janet and Maria. I was first time buyer and I had three refusal than I come a cross with Vanderpump&sykes recommended by estate agent. I lost my hope to buy my first home and Janet talk to me and she gave me hope to buy my first home. And I will move in soon. Job they done is perfect they never left me in dark and when ever I call them or text them they respond. I have recommended all my friends and families. If could give them 100 stars.
