Absolutely disgusting. STAY AWAY FEOM THIS FIRM WITH ANY LEGAL TROUBLE. My brother was lumped with this firm as Duty solicitors and they have done absolutely nothing. My brother has been in prison for a month and did nothing. Called and called and never had any response from them. Absolutely disgusting.
Simon was his initial solicitor who then took annual leave the week of court.
Chloe was asked numerous times to transfer over the case and responded with its to ‘hard to change’ in actual fact I t is a quick proceedure.
Not to mention reception, left message after message, called time and time again. I explained the situation over 10 times and was told by what sounded like a young man I can’t be bothered to write an email you do it.
Should be ashamed of themselves. Will be taking this further. Many more reviews to come.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible representation I received from my solicitor, Lisa. I can't thank this firm enough. Lisa Yates, the work you put into my case and the support you gave throughout the 7 months I can't put into words how much it means to me! I have been through hell and on the days I felt like giving up you gave me great advice for me to fight for my life.
And we won unanimous verdict, and thats down to you Lisa you worked so hard, I never thought I'd be home again with my children I still pinch myself everyday to see if its real!

Highly recommend. Fast, efficient & have to say Karen is absolutely amazing 👏. On several occasions where she has gone above & beyond . Ruthless Lady to the point you feel confident in her work, guidance & advice. She's been fantastic with my Son 13 . He's Autistic & has problems with face to face communications but he himself has trust & feels confident speaking to her . Out of hour's Is Excellent also, this is too from personal experience.
