The best solicitors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Captain Nadim is the nicest man I've ever met and he always had my best interests at heart. I'll never forget the first words he ever said to me which were "lies don't have legs". Peter Hodgkinson is an amazing Paralegal. They make a great team and I'll never forget either of you for the rest of my days. I can't say Thankyou enough for believing in me and the hard work you did on my behalf. Absolutely disgusting. STAY AWAY FEOM THIS FIRM WITH ANY LEGAL TROUBLE. My brother was lumped with this firm as Duty solicitors and they have done absolutely nothing. My brother has been in prison for a month and did nothing. Called and called and never had any response from them. Absolutely disgusting.
Simon was his initial solicitor who then took annual leave the week of court.
Chloe was asked numerous times to transfer over the case and responded with its to ‘hard to change’ in actual fact I t is a quick proceedure.
Not to mention reception, left message after message, called time and time again. I explained the situation over 10 times and was told by what sounded like a young man I can’t be bothered to write an email you do it.
Should be ashamed of themselves. Will be taking this further. Many more reviews to come.
