We had Leah sell and purchase our properties for us. She was on the ball with everything, organised chased everything up had everything in place from the start. She kept in contact throughout I didn’t need to contact for anything. So professional and if I ever had to sell and purchase again would definitely use Leah’s. Never have I had to deal with a solicitor (Ms Padgett) who has written such toxic and vitriol correspondence. All we did as executors, were to follow the instructions of the will.
Nobody should have to deal with such unprofessional and unnecessary personal attacks while grieving a loved one.

Solicitors Walk out of court.
Since the start of using Welch and co they were rude, only three times phone the client about what was going on the client was calling for information. No help with court. Family was trying to get information for court to help with case solicitors ignore all information. Day of court wanted client to take pled deal but client and family disagree solicitors would not help client even through client had expressed their opinion solicitors decide to walked on client on day of court very disappointed with solicitors would never use again.
