Wonderful team from start to finish. I had a difficult house sale that fell through due to the buyer before a successful sale. Throughout the process both Clive and Kerry were exceptional with trying their hardest to ensure the sale progressed. I was always kept well informed and they were easy to reach. Really well explained (settlement agreement) and thorough. Quick to respond and keeping me updated.
Price was higher than anticipated (hence dropping a star!) but comparable to other solicitors. Very painless experience.
