The worst experience I’ve ever had I’ve called prior to coming about a complex matter they said that they would take on the matter when I can In I was sent to the office where the solicitor has told me to wait as he finished the call which took around 10-15 minutes then when I explained the matter it looked like he just wanted to rush and wasn’t taking on broad what I was saying and later proceeded to tell me that my matter is too complex for them to take on and I should go and see another lawyer that deals with this matter then proceeded to charge me £35!!!!! For 20 minutes to tell me to see another lawyer I highly suggest you speak to the lawyer briefly about the matter before booking a consultation
