After 18 years and 8 refusal, finally, my Dad got a UK visitors visa. We applied for visitors Visa in December 2024, but the home office refused the application. Then, in January, we appel Pre-Action-Protocol (PAP). With in one month home office withdrawn the refusal decision. Then, the subject to the reconsideration grant of a Visa takes 3 months' time. But finally, home office Grant my Dad Visitors Visa.
