Not really helpful. She (I think her name was Şükriye) didn't even ask me if I finished my question or anything else she can help me with, she said she can't help me and put the phone down on my face. Very rude.wouldnt recommend!

I just want to say how amazing Miya have been. Mariela and the Team at Miya have gone through much efforts to ensure my case was resolved and kept me up to date every step of the way.They managed to bring me comfort and peace at last on a very complex and long case and I cannot recommend the Team at Miya enough. I had a car accident in 2021 and l gave my case to them, after 3 years they said that we can not support u anymore, why you wait 3 years then, when l called them they back to u after 6 months, if u are lucky! However, when l was speaking to my solicitor, she was telling me that where was accident happened? Can you believe that the solicitor who is dealing with your case even doesn’t know the main issues on your case. Do not give your case to this company otherwise it will take 3 years and conclusion is 0 !!
